Blender- how do I compile my finished models to steampipe 2013 HL2 EP2 and Phys mesh question

Hello, I am new,
I am using blender 2.66, 2.68 to create models for HL2 Ep2. Currently creating handrails.
Can someone tell me how do I compile my finished models from Blender to the new steam pipe?
Steampipe has broke the SDK Add-on can someone offer some help please.
Dropping the QC file and ref,phys mesh into the studiomld app at [B]common/HL2/bin[/B] does not work
Run Vconfig I don't understand the solutions the console is giving

also is this phys mesh correct? it is built out of convex meshes
