Need Houndeye Model

I am FULLY aware of the houndeye model at garrysmod.org, but this is for a mod I am working on, and I need a model for the Houndeye NPC, I myself am no programmer or modeler, however I am a Mapper,so I can't model the Houndeye myself,but I do know how difficult this can be, I'll make sure the work doesn't go to waste, and won't let the mod die no matter what problems occur.
