Fixing a ragdoll that spawns in the ground and spazzes out?

Ok so I got some help in my last thread and I managed to port a working ragdoll to Gmod. The on problem is that it spazzes out, spawns in the ground, and I can barley grab it. Making it difficult to pose with

My guess is that the collision model is fucked up. Did you rig it correctly?

Well it had a skeleton and bones already so I didn't rig anything

I was thinking that the problem could be coming from the ragdoll.smd and/or PHYmodel.smd
