2) Pardon my French, but what the [b]FUCK[/b] are you asking? Your question has pretty much no context. Are you asking how to make a new material, or how to put use it with the material tool, or both, or what?
3) You really don't need to bump every five hours. Generally, it is considered rude to bump before three days have passed.

I'm not sure how to put it into the material tool. That question I believe would be best answered by someone in the Lua section of Facepunch.
