I know the bed model you're using. You can use it without crashing the SDK if you type the model path in directly instead of using the VGUI browser.

Ingame open the browse section, Expand the counter strike folder, then expand the props folder, click on the de_inferno folder, inside you'll see a solid bed.

Valve basicly took the bedframe and matress ragdoll and foze them together. you'll notice its a complete prop.
