Contains Girls und Panzer skins: Type 89B Chi-Ro Ooarai Due to the lack of a chassis, the Type 89A I-Go will be represented only by a turret. http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=708822329 Type 89 I-Go/Chi-Ro The first Japanese medium tank, called first I-Go and then Chi-Ro, developed from the earlier Type 87, it was designed by the Osaka arsenal based off the Vickers Medium C, although it's sillouette might fool one to think the Renault FT was the inspiration. Early versions(Kou) possessed a round turret, whereas later versions(Otsu) were improved with better frontal armor and a larger turret, not to mention a diesel engine, the Otsu version being the world's first mass produced diesel tank. This tank was primarly used for combat in China against infantry, pillboxes and interwar export tanks. It was woefully outdated by the outbreak of WW2, and was mostly reneganed to training purposes. Name: Type 89 I-Go Otsu, Type 89B Chi-Ro Manufacturer: Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Armament: 1 57m Type 90 gun, 2 Type 91 6.5mm machine guns Class: Medium Tank Role: General-Purpose, infantry support Weight: ~12 tons Engine: Mitsubishi A6120VD Crew: 4 Suspension: Leaf Spring Time of production: Produced from 1928 to 1939 Volume of production: Total of 220 Kou units and 186 Otsu units produced Please report any bugs you find. [t]http://i68.tinypic.com/hu2cza.jpg[/t] A ragdoll of the HD Type 95 and Type 4 as they appear in World of Tanks. Type 3 Ke-Ri is WIP and will be added later. Contains Girls und Panzer skins: Type 95 Ha-Go ChiHaTan and Type 4 Ke-Nu ChiHaTa http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=712139934 Turret and main cannon are ragdolled. The various hatches on the tank are rigged and can be moved with a bone tool. Tools, rope and both tracks are bodygrouped and can be removed. Type 2595 Ha-Go/Ke-Go The most common Japanese light tank, designed to create a light and fast moving vehicle to keep up with motorized infantry. While useful in the pre-war period, it's complete lack of armor and poor armament left it incapable of meeting Allied armor, with some ha-gos being infamously taken out by a .50 cal M2 Browning machine gun. Name: Type 2595 Ha-Go Manufacturer: Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Armament: 1 37mm Type 94 tank gun, 2 Type 97 7.7mm machine guns Class: Light Tank Role: General-Purpose, infantry support, armored assault Weight: ~7.3 tons Engine: Mitsubishi A6120VDe Crew: 3 Suspension: Bell Crank Time of production: Produced from 1936 to 1943 Volume of production: Total of 2300 units produced Type 2604 Ke-Nu In order to improved the increasingly obsolete Ha-Go, the leftover turrets from converted Chi-Ha tanks were installed in the Ha-Go chassis in order to boost the firepower of the vehicle, although this conversion came too late, and most Ke-Nus remained in Japan, with only a few seeing combat in Manchuria. Name: Type 2604 Ke-Nu Manufacturer: Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Armament: 1 57mm Type 90 gun, 2 Type 97 7.7mm machine guns Class: Light Tank Role: General-Purpose, infantry support Weight: ~8.4 tons Engine: Mitsubishi A6120VDe Crew: 3 Suspension: Bell Crank Time of production: Produced in 1944 Volume of production: Total of 100 units convered from Type 95 Ha-Go tanks Please report any bugs you find. Any chance of these models getting a bodygroup where the road wheels, bogies, etc are gone? I would like to put them on my own acf powered chassis but they dont quite work for that with the static wheels still attached.
The Type 97 has rigged wheels, for what is worth. When I rig the other vehicles I will try putting them in a bodygroup then.
It certainly has been a while. [t]http://i67.tinypic.com/wb73mr.jpg[/t] Completely redid the Type 89, fully rigged the suspension and put everything on bodygroups. Also added new decal bodygroups. [t]http://i68.tinypic.com/307uqmv.jpg[/t] So I finally got around to redoing the Ha-Go. Had to split it in two due to size limitations. Without her research Wargaming could not have created this vehicle, and we would have not made all this discoveries. Brown textures and IJA flag were made by the amazing FastestClassic at the WoT forums. Check his work here: http://forum.worldoftanks.com/index.php?/topic/505250-09152-classics-skin-workshop-updated-japanese-brown-color-swap-pack-sept-15th/ Mi-To 130t The first version of the O-I superheavy tank project. The brainchild of Colonel Iwakuro, this vehicle was conceived as mobile pillbox to be used against Soviet forces in Manchuria after the battle of Khalkhin Gol proved the ineficciency of existing Japanese armored vehicles. It was designed to be enormous and heavily armored, with upwards of 150mm of frontal armor. It was developed secretely by the Mitsubishi-Tokyo division, which resulted in it being dubbed the "Mi-To". A prototype was assembled and tested in the Sagami Army Arsenal, and despite several hurdles, managed to pass tests and was given the official designation of O-I. Despite passing trials and being accepted for service, the vehicle seems to have been ultimately scrapped, possibly due to material requirements for existing vehicles. The Soviets claimed the Japanese were in possession of a wooden mockup possessing a Daimler-Benz DB 601A engine, although whether this mockup was of the original Mi-To/O-I 130t, or a later O-I version is unknown.
