What Smoothing modifier is better to apply on character model? MeshSmooth or Turbosmooth?.

None. Although if you must, I don't think that it matters. Turbosmooth is supposed to be quicker, I hear.
Got some problems :| When i apply meshsmooth to my model, polygons are getting over 7000, is it ok for 3ds max?
3dsMax can handle as much polygons as your computer can muster. So a few millions with a really good computer isn't an impossibility. But never smooth anything that's going into a game, only for fancy renders.
Ah,ok, so i shouldn't smooth for Source engine right?
That's right. What does your model look right now? It might not even need mesh smoothing if you've done the base work well enough, only smoothing groups.
Thx for advices. I've got some problems with model atm: When i compile it and when i check it up in model viewer it becomes without textures(textures are getting replaced with wireframe)(used meshsmooth for whole model)
Erhm got another question... Any ideas how to fix these sharp edges without MeshSmooth or Turbosmooth?

Why would you want to do that? Just add more polygons manually. Both turbosmooth and meshsmooth rape the performance.
ah,ok, thx.
