How can I convert this .obj into a source .mdl?

I know this is probably pretty novice, but can anybody help me convert this .obj ([URL]http://gamebanana.com/models/3159[/URL]) to a source .mdl file? I also apologize if I missed some sort of help thread.

I'm trying to convert The Expendables 2 OBJ files into MDL files, so yes, some kind of tutorial would be appreciated
