hey i stumbled over this awesome concept art for a combine civil protection carrier [IMG]http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_xGCucTAiXCA/Sl8IctiOYYI/AAAAAAAAAJY/W5vbc6AF3ds/s1600/riotscene%2B.jpg[/IMG] this would be amazing to have in gmod! so i wonder if someone would like to make this? i would love to have a car out of it too with animated doors!
people don't really listen to requests that much you should try to learn how to make things for yourself
I wouldn't say 'not allowed to be released', a friend of mine has the CPC model and the riot shields, just they aren't uvmapped or textured. He textured and compiled one of the shields a while back.

The files are available for those who wish to use them in modifications and such. They are unrigged, not uvmapped and require extensive work. It's not official concept art. It's from some guy called Gaussweks.
