I have been getting this for the past 4 times on my attempts to make playermodels,everything goes fine, model appears flawlessly in hlmv but once i open a sequence to see how it works i get this.

How can i fix this? i searched continously on google but i still couldnt find the solution on this problem, i believe Facepunch is a really exprienced community in terms of Source modding so i came asking for here.
