Custom models in HLMV/Faceposer

So I'm a complete retard with this stuff, and I'm trying to get these models

into HLMV and faceposer. I've tried just putting the models into

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\eddiesmithson\half-life 2\hl2\materials\models\Humans\Male\Group01

and

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\eddiesmithson\half-life 2\hl2\models\Humans\Group01

but I get the "error loading model" message in hlmv and faceposer doesn't do anything. I saw a guy actually open these things up in faceposer, but I juat can't get it going. Can anybody tell what I'm doing wrong? Assume I know almost nothing about modelling and such.

Bump, I would like to use custom moedels too, but im a bit of a noob to faceposer and HLMV
Can anyone enlighten us please?
