I ask this for three reasons:
1. I've not seen any discussions on this and i'd like to know if it is even possible
2.i like the Dinosaur designs and i'd really like to look at them more closly
3.is anyone willing to help with this, because I lack the proper knowledge and tools to carry out this task (also I don't have money to spare incase anyone wanted to know)

It has been done before, you'd need to know what format the assets are though.

I think it's possible to decompile the Wii iso using Dolphin and then I think Noesis can open the resulting files.

well I have the PS2 ISO and found that in the assets.xml that that the models both static and creatures are in Havok format (so now begs the question of getting those into Noesis which I can safely say is doable now) and since the PS2 textures are low-res i'm going to have to look around on how to resolve that
