Hello, does anyone know if these models have been successfully ripped from the game and can be downloaded anywhere?

Squadron 42 is not even out yet.
And good luck ripping the models when it does. Star Citizen is using a highly-customized version of CryEngine (now Lumberyard) and that means their PBR texture formats and animation/rigging/etc. are custom structures. And the devs have not released their customized CryEditor so nobody in the community has a working texture rip solution.
who is good on texturing ?

Nobody here knows how to rip or convert Star Citizen's custom PBR texture solution.
Retexturing models is done in the vanilla CryEngine editor, and as far as I know nobody on this forum plays around with retexturing ripped SC models. In fact, most SC ship models aren't rips from the game (unknown data formats, remember) but extracted models from the Star Citizen website's holographic viewer.

Not sure if it relates to what you've said, but i'd suggest to take a look at this:

I hadn't heard of that, since I don't mess with modding SC myself. However, it's still of slightly limited value in that the PBR/etc. are custom technology on top of CryEngine and won't render properly in vanilla CryEngine. Better than nothing, though.
bro the models are very high poly in millions I mean
