Face Posing Tutorial?

I've finaly found out how to make Ragdolls!
(Thanks to Half-Dead!)

But now I want to learn Face Posing. Any Tutorials?

FlexFiles in 3DS MAX.

just remember to press the key button at the bottom and if you are using 3DS Max 9 you have to use Wunderboy's VTA export.

I do not know if this act differently for newer versions of 3DS Max.
