Hello every1, i have this problem for a long time and i can't figure out how to fix it, because i'm awful in texturing with every software/game engine.
Here is my .VMT

The texture is about 2K resolution not completely white solid color with some noise.

P.S. Bloom/gloom/glow turned off.
DoF, AO, Shadow turned ON.
I need to ask you one important question first why are you using an almost blank 2k textures for teeth, when a 128x128 would have been more than enough.
Also check if you have HDR or something else turned on. Since seems to actually not be shiny, just so light it makes the game appear as such.
Thanks for info, rescaled the texture and added some random commands from other .vmt's and here is the result :)
