I was looking around on the internet and couldn't find any models for a Growler ITV and/or a VDV Buggy. Does anyone here know where i can get any of those two models for gmod or source filmmaker?

You forgot to mention all those are in pieces because I hacked them apart to make them drivable.
You'll have to put them back together and animating them will need a lot more effort.
