Model is small, Collision Box is huge !

Hello guys, i made a simple box for GMod using Soft Image 7.5. but the collide box is bigger than chest. Look at image below.

How can i fix? If i change the prop' scale inside .qc file, only collision box changes dimension!

Make sure the scale is on the first line of the QC
