Need a tutorial on how to make custom faceposing for a model

So right now, I am in the shitter (not literally) because a model I tried to compile, has it's faceposing messed up
It works like this, when I move around the camera in MDLViewer, the eyes are trying to look away from the camera, and I cannot make the face smile, frown, or do anything with it's verts.
I asked a friend (Bloocobalt) on how to fix this and he said I should do some custom faceposing verts.
So now I ask you people. How do I make custom verts?

Did you move the head? Sounds a lot like you did - the eye problem and stuff.
You need to make the eye positions via QCeyes (well don't have to but it's certainly easier)
and facial flexes via morphs that you then export into the VTA.
Still if I were you, I'd really really check if you didn't move the head.
here I used this to create my first working flexes today

Didn't move the head at all.
I read the link and i'll give it a try.
