A very strange request but does anyone with free time reckon they could make this thing for me :

It's part of a centerpiece for a contraption I'm making. I will give credit to anyone since it will be going on Youtube anyway. Cheers.
that's a disney character, isn't it? Did he ever appear in Kingdom Hearts, or perhaps Epic Mickey?

Jiminy Cricket's model was in Kingdom Hearts and Kingdom Hearts 2, to my knowledge. I think (not 100% sure) there is a download somewhere for that model.

Will those models work in Garrysmod?
I'm way more curious about what you're planning on doing with a Jiminy Cricket model

As the model is now, it doesn't work in Garry's Mod. It's just the base model and its textures, ripped from the game - nobody has taken the time to compile the model for GMod from what I've seen. You can download the model here, but it still needs to be rigged (I think) and compiled before it can be used in GMod.
Is that a hard job or fairly easy? I know nothing about modelling whatsoever :P.

Depends on the person doing the rigging, but it's not as simple as press a button and be done instantly.
If it's for a centerpiece, it shouldn't need any rigging at all unless it's a t-pose player model that you want in a similar pose to your reference picture, though that should be easier to handle than rigging it as a playermodel entirely.

Yeah basically I've no idea how to compile models. I just needed it as a solid model to fit to the top of it. If anyone is willing to do so as I said I will credit them foremost.
