Studiocompiler, The application has failed to start. Something about side by side config.

I've been unable to find any information about this error. "The application has failed to start because its side by side configuration is incorrect". Does anyone know a solution? I am on windows 7 64 bit. I'm not sure if this is specifically related to studiocompiler, or if its something to do with my computer, but It would be nice to find out. Any suggestions?

I believe you need visual studio C++ express.
