There aren't any casual girl ragdolls/playermodsl for gmod and that's so sad.
There's actually quite a few.
The perskin thread has a few casual models and I distinctly remember quite a lot on gmod.org.

You could also use Fakefactory's models from CM10, if you have a decent graphics card (and by that I mean a DX9 card that can run Gmod on "High" settings for textures and models at the least), and don't mind unrealistic-looking folk.
There are plenty of Casual Citizen models available. I'm surprised people haven't noticed these.
