If you stuck them in teh Garrysmod folder, they'll replace the elite and prison gaurd.
That's how I've had it.

Would I be able to mount them with gm mount?

Hexing them is needed in order to prevent them from replacing the original Combine models, only their modelnames need renaming as their textures are fine

Yes, but that is the NPC files for them, not the actual models of the sorts.

Go download Half-Life renaissance, if it even works anymore. It has an assassin NPC.

well the Half-Life renaissance's assassin doesn't work anymore but if the owner of this thread would like me to i could make a npc for you if you do want that please send me a pm and i'll make it in no time
