• V_Model to C_Model help

I'm trying to change a v model to a c model. This has mostly worked as the arms are visible and animated properly, but the fingers are screwed up completely. The v_model arms have different rotations than the c_model arms, so ofcourse it's going to get broken. There is a trick you can do to fix this, but it takes a long, long time and requires a lot of knowledge on what your doing.
I wouldn't mind having a go, if you could point me in the right direction.
Bump, could anyone point me towards how I could fix the fingers?
Just rotate the bones in blender, one by one, till it is all done
