Pregnant Manuella (and possinly Sandra from Digital Ero forums?) - Developers

can someone make a pregnant Manuella? cause if i recall correctly, using the inflator would just make the entire section of the ragdoll inflate, not just the stomach and dont take it the wrong way, i just need it for a comic im making on Deviant Art, i suck shit at photoshop so i cant do it in photoshop ill also try and make an account on the other website, and ask them there
