Not sure if they have been ported but you can grab the mod tools from filefront and rip them yourself. All the tools are available for COD4

I just noticed this is only compatible with windows. I have a mac. Thanks for your help though.

try running the programs in a wine based program.
(like winebottler or playonmac for examples)
