Dear Facepunchers,
I had an idea for a project yesterday after I realized that there are no authentic Star Wars weapons for Garry's Mod (to my knowledge). I decided to take steps towards making one or more sweps of iconic Star Wars weaponry.

Would it be possible to take the view model for the Half Life[SUP]2[/SUP] pistol, cut away the pistol and insert the DH-17 in its place? I'd be so grateful if a willing and able modeler would bring this idea to fruition.
My vision is to use such a model for a Star Wars related swep in the future.
