help my playermodel have a weird black effect

Greeting,i am totaly new in the garry's mod modding, i've been working in a models for the past few weeks but he's having somes weird black shader effect on him

But in the PlayerModel selection everything is normal :

The problem could be the lightwarp, you could try searching for a lighter one.

I believe that's caused by having the root bone under the ground so the lighting is calculated from there.
