Nope, He was in Sonic Riders as NiGHTS. He was also in Billy Hatcher and the Gaint Egg, Sonic and Sega All Stars racing (console version), and Sonic Pinball Party(GBA) all under the same name of NiGHTS.

If he looks like a failed Sonic character, it shouldn't be surprising. He was created by Sonic Team.

Go back to the regular Models/skins section, then at the top click requests, then click CREATE NEW THREAD then type in: I want an Anime Model that looks like this *Anime Picure* Thanks to whoever makes it and click post.
