The Title kind of says it all, right? I'm new here so I don't know if this is the right place or right way to post, but anyway... I was wondering if there was a Team Fortress 2 NPC add-on for Garry's Mod (One that is very decent of course) that is working with no bugs. I know this guy made one, but he refuses to give me and others that want it the download link. I really don't know why?

Could we ask kitty0706 for the file/zip folder if he still has it on hand? If I get it from him, then I would personally share it here and on Garry'sMod.org. If that happeneds, I hope kitty and Caps doesn't take it personally.

I can't understand why people do such cool things and keep it for themselves! It doesn't make any sense.
It's like if Garry Newman makes Garry's Mod and just keep for himself!

Not everybody likes to make something and then see how It's went bad.
About Garry.... Making a game and making some special addons is very different.
Because that addon can contains a lot of bugs... (It can be quickly hated by community) or It's unfinished due some reasons.

Then let the community find the fixes and post newer versions! Most of time is what happens...but not always.
Shame these were never released, they'd have been very useful for lots of people (including myself)
