I can't seem to make the collision model operate as I need it to.
My aim is to be able to put objects inside this object, but no matter what I've done I can't seem to get it to function.
It always comes out as a solid box in the model viewer.
[CODE]
$collisionmodel "holder_phys.smd" {
$automass
$inertia 1
$damping 0
$rotdamping 0
$concave 1
}

Collision Box - This is several rectangles that have been Ctrl + J (joined) to create one mesh.

Wireframe so you can see what I mean

Model Viewer: Don't mind that it is off on its position, that was just so you can see what it is doing. It is creating a singular bounding box with no internals so you can't put anything inside of it.

Go to Edit Mode, select the whole thing, press W, Remove Doubles, Shade Smooth and it should be working
That partly worked. The inside is now** open to collisions, but the window to see inside is still covered.
Any ideas? Need me to make a quick video panning around the scene?

Try to re-do the collision mesh. Sometimes stuff gets messed up, I once had to redo a collision mesh completely because it just would not work. Try making each parts to less overlap with the other parts
Alright, give me a minute, I'll try that!

SUCCESS!!
I've been modeling for gmod for about 3 months now and I've never heard of smooth shading... That is pretty sad haha.
Thank you for your help!
