Rigging request -- Soul Calibur 4 models rigged for NPC use

Hi. I came across Roland's very well done (and very jiggly) Soul Calibur models. Amazing stuff, and I was hoping somebody could help me by rigging it for use with npc_citizen. Much thanks would be in order.

frm what i read someone already rigged them and they were painted?
but im not sure
still searching for something, because the characters i have now need some assembly, like some of the armor pieces are on the ground
