How to convert all .00C to .obj with Overtool？

Then I found the python script to be invalid.
So I use the ConvertTool.exe in Overtool.
But it can only convert one 00c file to obj file everytime.
How can I convert all 00c files fastly?(There was 7400+ 00c files so I can't convert it one by one.)
