riot soldier fix

then i saw that model with the riot shield and i freaked out because it was so beautiful

so i wished to ask if any one could change the shields texture?
also if you can could you add CDS where it say police? (optional)
if you can do it thanks if you can't :'(

if you don't do it i don't care but it just seems like a shame such a great model im not asking for a total reskin just a quick edit. at least say what you think about the idea.
