I need a model made of a resistance member (or all of them, most importantly resistance male_02) with a civil protection gasmask on.

...What? I feel like you don't really know what you're talking about.
There are no protocols to circumvent to decompile and modify a citizen model, as he's requesting.
There are no protocols even involved to reskin an Overwatch soldier, either. That's just a skin.
Also, could you make them a separate model within itself rather than a reskin? That would be nice :>
