Riot Shield Model Fix/Reskin

hello i was on garrysmod.org and found these amazing models [URL]http://www.garrysmod.org/downloads/?a=view&id=123599[/URL]
then i saw that model with the riot shield and i freaked out because it was so beautiful

so i wished to ask if any one could change the shields texture?
also if you can could you add CDS where it say police? (optional)

please do this i put this thread in the request thread but no one even respond to it, so please reskin it fix it and support it if you can't reskin PLEASE I NEED THIS RESKIN

if some one does make this i will make it a reskin for the normal soldier for in hl2
