I recently found this, it lacks textures, and theres quite a few issues on the legs from what i can see.
Not sure if anyone would be up to doing anything with it, but if you do, here it is, and i can help with the textures.

Not really, no.
Its just the Arkham Origins model with a dark blue color for the grey parts, and a gold belt.
If you've got a 1.3M poly budget, you think you could invest just a few more into the cape.
I mean it's even faceted.
