i think this is the 4th or 5th time about this, theres not way to import playstation 3 models yet

Yeah, thats true.. but he said it's incredibly hard and the files are scattered all over the place. Though I dont remember exactly what he said.
You know what would be better? If game companies know about Garrys Mod, XNA and similar programs and decided to always release a pack containing these models ready to play with gmod.. at least it would add some incentive to buy it.. like theres a lot of games I dont want to play but the models are awesome.

If they knew about Garry's Mod (let alone cared), one of 2 things would happen (in my opinion, at least).
Either A) they would see what content of theirs was being ported to the game and then sue the pants off of those who were involved with said porting and probably even Garry himself (least likely to happen but still possible), or B) they would go through with that idea of yours, but make people pay even more money just to get the content from the game in question onto GMod/XNA/other-similar-programs-and-such, even for people that don't even have them.

Well because people kept calling him fake and similar. You could always try contacting him though. I think he's usually found on xentax.
Don't bother, most likely he won't respond at all. He only comes here and show off, if people complained about how it's not doable. I think now, he's bored, showing off that it's possible.
There was an Old Snake ragdoll on the .org, but it got removed. Btw, a MGS3 Snake would be cool. We have a MGS2, but it needs some handfix

lol probably even garry himself? well he does make money out of it. Then the douchy Jack whatshisface lawyer guy will try say gmod is the devil and try to ban it. For B though, it'd be mostly like a store with random models for you to buy I guess. I guess if PSHome can charge £1.99 for a shitty little t-shirt in their crappy virtual game, then I'm sure a model (if going by the same pricing scheme) would be £5ish.

There is a MGS3 Snake laying about somewhere, have a look around garrysmod.org or one of the other MGS threads on this forum. I might've linked it in them all maybe.

Oh, well the other MGS mod thread in the Models / Skins section have/are doing it, they're a little weird though.. they're making models for GTA: San Andreas and Fallout 3/NV and even though the thread is called "g-mod got solid" they dont seem to think the thread is for gmod when people complain.
Ah well, as soon as they've done with it, it'll be up there in .obj format for someone to sort out. That is, if those guys actually upload and link the stuff they've done.
