What he means "from scratch" is that you're expecting people to make all 5 band members from scratch for free. When most Facepunch users expect to be paid for making these people from scratch. So you're probably not going to see these people in Garry's Mod, unless if you pay, or you might get lucky if a fellow Facepuncher likes them, and knows how to model. Although you probably won't get lucky.

From scratch. As in, to make the models from the ground up, and then apply custom textures, and then rigging it for use.

Oh I see what you mean. What about a reskin or something? I never asked for from scratch modelling.
Well you kinda were asking them to be from scratch. You wanted them to be made into ragdolls, as to most people it means you want them from scratch. They can do reskins, although it wouldn't be exact. And that most people wont do it due to their look ,or they just don't want to do it. Although you can still do it, you just need something like photoshop
I'm pretty sure there's a vtf plugin for GIMP.
