Whenever I try to export the combine elite .vtf it exports it as a transparent background with a red dot.
its the alpha map your seeing
export as .JPG or .BMP to get it without the alpha map
either that or get photoshop (maybe even a trial for it)
and delete the alpha map and save it as a .TGA

Thank you! I tried exporting it as a TGA and it was transparent.

Okay, now I have another problem. The model won't hex, it just uses the regular soldier model
