Custom Camoflague texturing technique

Hi all

For the past couple of days, I've been working on some modified MW3 Delta Force models to make them look like Polish GROM. They work, but I want to make this more unique as they still have the same camo pattern as Delta Force does on at the moment. Is their a way to have the camo textures done up through like Photoshop and not through a 3d modeling program?
