I noticed that Garry's Mod lacks smoking devices, such as a tobacco pipe

Made one based on one of the pictures in the OP. Got it textured with a specular map. I'll export to Source tomorrow, might look into giving it more skins.
Its poly count is pretty high for such a small model, but I assumed high poly is fine being that it's intended primarily for posing.
