Ok, If you guys seen the thread with me having a problem, but now the source is released due to me quitting on the project. This is the TF2 Alien Commando from the Team Fortress 2: Invasion Build. This must be finished, it makes for a good generic alien model for poses.
Out of curiosity, does the model have the cartoonish render like the regular Team Fortress 2 models or not?
Mind getting .smd files? I have no idea what a .3dr is but I know .obj doesn't contain rigging.

The hexing thing only works for the newer versions of mdls. This model is from like, the HL2 leak era. If simply doing that worked, everyone would have done it for those aswell.

Then I realised it wasn't worth it. asteroid unless you have any proper knowledge, just pipe down before you get your ass handed to you on a platter by tubbers.

Beta uses a model format midway between Half-Life and Source. As such there is no decompiler for it. Though I thought ScarT was working on one?

He also has a mdl version converter.
