I would greatly appreciate it if someone created The Brute, Daniel, Agrippa, Alexander and a lantern (Prop, not swep)

Models need to be made, then the ragdolls.
but...they need to make a custom model for him and it's a lot of work...also alot of people asked about amnesia models and looks like its difficult to port from that game
It's done all the time. All we need are some dedicated people and ba-ZAM!
It's not really done all the time. No one's just going to randomly waste their time making a model from scratch. People mainly will do it for money, although not for free.

Yes, for dedicated mod teams who all have the same goal in mind, or actual game development teams.
It's very rare to see custom models on Facepunch, even more rare for those models to be ragdolls.
Most of the models you see are being ripped straight out of a game, then simply set up for use in Garry's Mod.

It was probably done with the Grunt so why not just do it to every other character...?
