How do I do that? I want to edit a .MDL or hide some of its bones. Its a leg addon and I want to use a custom model, (always the same, not like the addon in the workshop)
but I want to hide his arms and head. How do i edit the .mdl or hide those parts of his body?

What do you mean hide some of it. A picture speaks a thousand words please post one showing what you're talking about.
If you simply want to remove a segment of a model without the source files so just the mdl you will need to decompile it, import the reference into a modelling program of your choice, make your edits then export and recompile it back to mdl
