What I need to do in order to view "METRO 2033 ALL MODELS"?

But I don't know what I need to do in order to view these models...

Do I have to download SDK? Or can you recommend some tools that open view VTX, VTF, or PHY files?

mdl file is compiled > you'll need to decompile it into smd to import it into 3d max, blender and other such progs
