• How do I make something non-physgunable?

I remember there is a way but I don't know how. Can anyone help?
Copy-paste from the Garry's Mod wikipedia: gmod_allowphysgun - 1 - Allow the physgun to move this entity. - 0 - Do NOT allow the physgun to move this entity. Basically, you add a "gmod_allowphysgun" keyvalue to the desired entity and put 0 as the value. It should work.
To add a keyvalue, select the entity you wish to add it to, and turn SmartEdit off. Now, click the 'Add' button, and enter the Key in the top box, and the Value in the bottom box.
It's not your problem, script makers are the ones who should be fixing it. There is no reason anyone needs to be able to physgun map non physics entities.
umm. go to flags on the prop_physics and select motion disabled?
