• Stopping Time and Moving a npc.

I was wondering if its possible, when triggered, time will stop for everything but a targeted thing I.E.-Fight is going on when triggered all of it stops except for one npc that walks towards you then it unfreezes again. also i would like to know how to when triggered tell a npc to move to a location I.E. the npc in front of me when triggered will go inside a new room.
You can't. The best you can do is slow-motion, but then if an npc dies you get a normal speed corpse and physics props bug out. The freeze scene in EP2 was scripted with specific animations and scripted sequences.

Alright.. but what about the second question.
You can make freeze-time type things but it wouldn't really freeze time. You could make it seem like time is frozen by disabling all the other moving objects in the area and then make the NPC walk towards you then make it vanish then enable the objects again. (Untested)
