I am trying to make my 3D skybox have the citadel in it but i cant find the skybox object for it. Where is it?
There isn't a skybox version of the Citadel it's just a huge one and that's the mdl file for it.

just use a skybox and place the citadel .mdl file out in the distance if thats what you were looking for
prop scale and make it smaller?
Use a prop_scalable.
the only models for the citadel are the skybox versions

I had a model I needed to put in my 3D Skybox and I was about to decompile it and recompile it with a smaller scale...
... Now I don't need to :D
