For func_breakable_surf? No, you dont need css for that entity.
To make a proper one.
Make a 1inch thin window with nodraw brushes. make it into a func_breakble_surf.
Then make [b]One[/b] side of the entity is going to be the glass brush.
The largest surface on the entity.
