• Lighthouse at the end of Highway 17/begininning of Sand traps

Does any one have the VMF of that level? I wanted to see how valve managed with their windows surrounding the fresnel light. My map requires a similar top (as I am build a lighthouse) and have no clue as to how to go about making it. Oh I do believe the VMF is either d3_coast_11 or d3_coast 10. Also, If any one knows a way to make a realistic support system for spiralling stairs would be great.
dont know about the vmf but for support rails use the models OR make another arch tool thing
Decompile the map to see how it's done it. This is the idea behind decompiling, to LEARN and not take.
I am not taking it I just want to see how they did it. Anyways how do I decompile the map?
